The Finish Line

It’s Sunday morning in early August. 80 books have been printed and shipped, and they’re out in the garage, ready for signing. The invites are going out to friends, family, allies, and the target audience, school administrators.

Next Saturday afternoon, the group will assemble and the author gets to bask in the well-earned glory of publishing a 276-page paperback, that channels all that author’s experience into a pragmatic guide. It’s a launch platform, into school districts around the country, and up onto a national stage at professional conference.

In January, this book was just a concept, a wish, a few embers of aspiration. Now, it’s the real deal, available forever on Amazon. Congratulations.
